This school and college of nursing have got affiliations with Govt. and Private hospitals in Jhajjar for giving clinical training to students in various fields. For Rural and Urban Field experiences the school and College has got affiliated with  Govt. Rural and Urban Health Center, so the students get an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the latest state-of-the-art technique in Nursing.
 
The Nursing course curriculum is so crafted that the students become well versed in ranging from multi-specialty to super-speciality nursing techniques, as they are posed in the house in various clinical departments of the affiliated hospitals as well as other hospitals. The college is approved by the Haryana Govt. and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and H.N.M.M.C. (Panchkula) and Affiliated to Pt. B.D Sharma University of Health Science Rohtak. After completion of the course, the students will be eligible to serve anywhere in India.

Auxiliary Nurse & Midwives( ANM )


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO A.N.M.:
 
1.  The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
 
2.  The maximum age for admission shall be 35 years.
 
3.  The minimum educational requirements shall be 10+2 in Art (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology Psychology and Philosophy) and English Core/English Elective of science or Health care Science – Vocational stream ONLY pass out from recognize Board.
 
4.  Student shall be medically fit.
 
5.  Student qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination conducted by the National Institute of open school.
 
6. Students shall be admitted once a year.
 
 
General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO G.N.M. :
 
1. Minimum education eligibility criteria for admission to GNM:
 
      • 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government However Science is preferable.
      • 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
      • 10+2 with English having 40% of marks in Vocational Stream-Health care Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
      • Registered ANM with pass mark.
 
2. Reservation as per the INC and State Govt.
 
3. Admission of students shall be once in a year.
 
4. Students shall be medically fit.
 
5. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years(as on 31st December of that year) The upper age limit is 35 yrs. For ANM/ for LHV, there is no age bar
 
 
Duration of the course :
          The diploma course in General Nursing and midwifery shall be of three years duration and for ANM shall be of two years duration.
B.Sc Nursing – Four year degree programme
 
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR B.SC. NURSING:
1. The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission in sought.
 
2. Minimum Education:
a) A candidate should have passed in the subjects of PCB and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2).
b) Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognizedby Central Government having science subjects and English only.
c) A candidate belonging to SC/ST or other backward classes, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination be 40% instead of 45% as stated above.
d) English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for be eligible for admission to B.Sc.(N)
 
3. Candidate shall be medically fit.
 
4. Candidate shall be admitted once in a year.
 
5. Reservation as per the INC & State Govt.
 
 
Duration of Course:
 
The duration of course of Instruction for the degree of B.Sc. Nursing shall be four years including internship.
 
The period of four years will be divided as under: First Year: 12Months
 
Second Year: 12 Months Third Year : 12 months
 
Fourth Year: 12 Months (Including Rotating Internship of six months)

Post Basic Nursing

 
 
 
Post basic nursing :it is a two year degree course from pt.b.d.sharma university of health sciences, rohtak.
 
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO Post Basic Nursing
 
1. Passed the higher secondary or senior secondary or intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination recognized by the university for the purpose.
 
2. Those who have done 10+1 in or before 1986 Will be eligible for admission obtained a certificate in general nursing and midwifery and registration as R.N R.M with the state nurses gistration council.
 
3. Students shall be medically fit.
 
4. Students shall be admitted once in a year
M.Sc.(Nursing):
        
Duration of Course:
The duration of course of Instruction for the degree of M.Sc. Nursing shall be Two years including internship.
 
 
ADMISSION TO THE COURSE:
Admission to the M.Sc. Nursing course will be made on the basis of merit of the entrance examination held by the university or competent authority.
